
How does it work?
STEP 01: Declutter your closet
Selling the clothes you think you rarely wear or will no longer wear is a great way to earn some of the money back for these clothing pieces.
We at SUSTAINABLETHREDZ accept items that are currently in season, on trend, and of course vintage. Although when it comes to fast fashion pieces there are certain brands that we cannot accept due to our knowledge that it lacks the quality SUSTAINABLETHREDZ aims to provide our customers.
Here are the complete list of brands we generally do not accept:
Forever 21, SWS (Streetwear Society), Revamped, H&M, Ardene, Shein, Hollister, Bluenotes, Old Navy, American Eagle, GAP and Aeropostale.
STEP 02: Schedule an appointment
After decluttering you closet, simply schedule a drop-off appointment to bring in your pre-love items with us.
Due to our very limited space, we need everyone to provide photos of all items via email (Put in “Consignment” as subject) or via instagram so we can review these items and only choose what we are able to sell based on our experience and clientele. After reviewing your items, we will send you a confirmation on which items are approved by us and you can decide whether you would like to book an appointment for drop off.
Appointments must be made 5 days prior the drop off date.
STEP 03: Collect your funds
After receiving your pre-loved items, we will provide you by email a spreadsheet file that contains a reference ID and the list of items we received from you for you to confirm and have a record of items you consigned with us.
Please be aware that due to a high number of consignments as well as responsibility to maintain our business, we do not directly contact you for every item from you that sells. It is your responsibility to check the status on your account by directly contacting us

If you are happy with the amount of sales you have made, you can send us an email with your complete name and reference ID so we can start the process of sending you your funds. Consignment funds can be received as a cash payment, Interac E-transfer or PayPal transfer.
Please let us know ahead of time if you’d like to pick up you funds as cash so we can prepare it for you and avoid delays.
