SHIPPING

SUSTAINABLETHREDZ ships WORLDWIDE. We fulfill all orders through ChitChats and Canada Post. All orders include tracking numbers. Please allow at least 2-5 business days to prepare orders for dispatch.

We usually ship orders every Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday every week. Please keep in mind that estimated delivery dates may vary depending on where do you reside. We cannot be held responsible regarding any delays caused by the carriers.

SHIPPING RATES

Once your package has been shipped, we will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. Any further action will need to be taken by the consumer with your local post office or carrier.

Returned Packages due to:
Wrong Information/Undeliverable Package

It is the consumer’s responsibility to enter the right and complete address and we can’t be held responsible if the package becomes undeliverable because of the wrong address that was provided by the consumer. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs if an item gets returned due to this circumstances.

In addition, It is up to the consumer to ensure they are home to receive the parcel or pick up the parcel from the post office within the designated time period of the parcel service.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for the payment of any customs fees, import taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Returns, Exchanges and Refunds are not allowed after purchasing an item.
Please keep in mind that all products are 100% Secondhand therefore you should expect some wear condition on ALL PRODUCTS as well as some imperfections. We include all details about the item regarding quality, material and measurements. Should there be any flaws either minor or visible, we ensure to provide full context and transparency for each item.
